About us

Sandvik Nora AB was founded 1960 under the name Hagby Bruk AB.
Our products were then equipment for core drilling and dressing tools for the mechanical industry.
Our product range has since then been expanded and HAGBY today ranks as a leading supplier of diamond tools and core drills with all accessories.

Design, development and manufacturing take place in Nora, Sweden and our products are sold all over the world.

Quality is fundamental for us and we reach our targets through continuous training of personnel and by using state-of-the-art equipment for manufacturing and control.
HAGBY is certified according to ISO 9001 since 1994.

Our range of products comprises two business-areas.

We are since July 1, 2006 wholly owned by Sandvik AB and  included in Sandvik Mining and Construction. Our new name is Sandvik Nora AB.
